Mysterious Billboards Spread “LOVE” Just in Time for Valentine’s Day

California independent billboard owner and operator Alejandro Kahan (CEO and founder of iKahanmedia) launched this campaign as a way to “spread love and positivity in a world that’s become overrun by divisiveness and negativity.” Alejandro plans to dedicate all his company’s available 2019 digital billboard inventory to this end. He feels that Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to kick off this campaign.
