One of the things we hear over and over is that the most valuable part of an IBO Conference is the time spent with other independent billboard owners.

There is a lot of knowledge in this industry, but much of it is not sitting in a manual somewhere. It comes from conversations with people who have already dealt with the same questions you are working through in your own business. How are they handling growth? What systems are they using? Who are they buying from? What is working in sales? What would they do differently if they had to make the same decision again?

We also have a strong agenda this year. We will be talking about capital and the financial side of growing or eventually exiting a business, operations and workflow with some of the leading technology companies in the industry, printing solutions, audience data, sales, and what makes advertisers choose out-of-home.

A question asked during a panel can turn into a longer conversation over lunch. An introduction at a reception can become someone you call for advice months later. That has always been one of the best parts of IBO.

If you have been thinking about coming to Phoenix, we would really like to have you there.
