Next Step for Life: A Billboard Family’s Mission to Help Others

If you’ve been around the billboard industry for any length of time, the name Roland might sound familiar. The Roland family owns and operates a Tennessee-based billboard company, known for their hard work and strong values. But beyond billboards, they’ve taken on a new mission that’s making an incredible impact in their community.
The Rolands are the founders of Next Step for Life, a nonprofit organization created to support individuals and families facing some of life’s toughest challenges. Whether someone is experiencing homelessness, recovering from addiction, or simply in need of guidance and encouragement, Next Step offers help that’s real and personal.
What sets Next Step apart is its faith-based foundation. The Roland family started this nonprofit to reflect the compassion and love of Jesus Christ. Their goal is to help people find hope and healing, one step at a time, by showing them they are seen, valued, and loved. They believe that every person has a God-given purpose, even if they’ve lost sight of it for a while.
Next Step provides practical help like food, clothing, temporary housing, and emotional support. But more than that, they build relationships. This is not a large, corporate-style charity. It’s a small and deeply committed group of people who walk alongside those in need, offering kindness, encouragement, and a clear path forward.

At Tasty Ad, we’re proud to support this effort. Starting now, a percentage of all revenue from Tasty Ad will be donated to Next Step for Life for the next year. It’s our way of giving back and standing with a cause that’s close to the heart of our industry.
