The future of Out of Home is partly defined by its growth in emerging markets and the World Out of Home Organization Regional Forum in Seoul, South Korea from November 5-7 is the perfect opportunity to see the future in action with an examination of new technologies and initiatives in a booming market.

A record number of delegates for a WOO Regional Forum will hear speakers headlined by keynotes from senior JCDecaux executive Daniel Hofer and Cheil Worldwide’s Head of Solution Division Hun Choi. Among the issues covered will be measurement, automation, programmatic, the growing importance of global regulation and new ways to grow OOH’s share of a global ad market that offers multiple opportunities as well as challenges.
