Blair, based in Denver, Colorado, brings a wealth of experience spanning agency, vendor, and sales leadership roles. He returns to billups after a successful tenure at OUTFRONT, where he worked with local, regional, and national teams and clients. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Regional Sales Director, Midwest. Throughout his career, Blair has been recognized for his expertise in OOH media strategy, sales innovation, and his leadership style that empowers teams to embrace change and deliver results.
A graduate of the University of Nebraska, Blair began his career in media at Bozell, where he gained foundational experience in all forms of advertising. He later advanced through key roles at The Integer Group and Posterscope, developing a deep understanding of strategic planning, client partnerships, and the evolving needs of advertisers. During his previous six-year tenure at billups, he played a pivotal role in the company’s early growth, helping to establish its Denver presence and contributing to significant revenue and team expansion.
In his new role, Blair will focus on enhancing client development, strengthening partnerships, and driving adoption of billups’ solutions across North America. His return comes at a time of rapid transformation in the OOH industry, as advancements in measurement, attribution, and technology redefine the channel’s impact for brands.
