Big Players in OOH Show Steady Growth Through Q3 2025

The nation’s largest out-of-home media companies — OUTFRONT Media, Lamar Advertising, and Clear Channel Outdoor — have all reported their third-quarter 2025 results, showing continued resilience and growth across the OOH sector.
OUTFRONT Media reported revenues of $467.5 million, Operating income of $89.9 million, Net income attributable to OUTFRONT Media Inc. of $51.3 million, Adjusted OIBDA of $137.2 million, AFFO attributable to OUTFRONT Media Inc. of $100.3 million, Quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, payable December 31, 2025
Lamar Advertising Company reported net revenues of $585.5 million for the third quarter of 2025 versus $564.1 million for the third quarter of 2024, a 3.8% increase. Operating income for the third quarter of 2025 increased $2.5 million to $189.1 million as compared to $186.6 million for the same period in 2024. Lamar recognized net income of $144.1 million for the third quarter of 2025 as compared to net income of $147.8 million for the same period in 2024, a decrease of $3.7 million. Net income per diluted share was $1.40 and $1.44 for the three months ended September 30, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
Adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter of 2025 was $280.8 million versus $271.2 million for the third quarter of 2024, an increase of 3.5%.
Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings also reported encouraging results, Consolidated Revenue up 8.1% with America segment up 5.9% and Airports segment up 16.1% Expecting a strong Q4 2025, while its international segment saw steady performance. CEO Scott Wells said the company remains on track to deliver on its financial goals for the year, emphasizing innovation in digital out-of-home and data-driven advertising solutions.
Collectively, these results underscore the continued momentum of the OOH industry heading into 2026. While growth rates varied by company, each major player showed positive trends in revenue and profitability — with digital and data-enabled media leading the charge.
